    Availability Manager must collect information such as work products, performance measures, results and improvement information derived from Technology Availability Management process. Overall performance of the Technology Availability Management process must be evaluated based on this. During the execution of Technology Availability Management process, the Availability Manager would have come across certain improvement area’s and best practices,lessons learnt etc. these need to be documented in the Technology Availability Management Summary, so that these can be referred by similar engagements in future.
